This morning, as the kids headed out to school, Nat found a package at our front door that was addressed to me.

Nat: Mom always gets packages. She gets packages almost everyday.

Me: You know why I’m getting alot of packages? I’m on Santa’s “Nice” list. That’s why I’m getting alot of packages. I sent my wish list to him early.

Nat: No! Those aren’t from Santa! They are from people from far away or you just buy stuff for yourself!

Me: No, they are from Santa.

Nat: Is the iPad2 on your wishlist?

Tyler’s class had a holiday party today with treats and they got to decorate cookies! They made reindeer hats to wear for their party too.

On Saturday, the kids went to Lowe’s to look for a Christmas tree. Their first selection was a 7ft tree, but David talked them down to a 5-6ft tree, which turned out to look pretty big in our living room.

While we were in LA, Natalie asked Po Po to teach her how to knit. So they walked to Shims (dollar store) and bought some needles and yarn and Natalie learned how to knit. She says its going to be a scarf.
