Tyler played another golf tournament at Monarch Bay golf club in San Leandro. He practiced here a few times but didn’t score so well in the tournament (88).
Tyler played in a golf tournament at Lincoln Park Golf Course in San Francisco. What started out as a 1 day game turned into 3 days. We didn’t know it was a bracket style tournament so after day 1, he qualified to return again. He won his match on day 2 and on day 3 he placed 2nd!

For my birthday this year, we had dinner at House of Prime Rib in San Francisco. I’ve been wanting to eat here for a while and had to make reservations several months in advance. The kids came here once when they were younger but didn’t remember. They enjoyed it this time around!
At the table next to us was Dell Curry and some other sports guys, one of which was Steph Curry’s golf caddy. The kids were excited to be sitting near a “famous” person. A lot of people at the restaurant were trying to sneak pictures.
It was a fun night!
We spent 4th of July week in LA. The kids got to light fireworks with the cousins and Tyler played a lot of golf!
Nat, Tyler, and Kaiya went to Disneyland for a day. Lucky kids. They were there from open to close (8am – midnight)!
At the end of the week, we celebrated David’s uncle’s 90th birthday. There was a banquet style luncheon at Capital Seafood in Monterey Park. It’s been a long time since we’ve had a banquet style meal. The food was good!
