No news is good news?

Her group went to New York today. Some places they toured included Central Park, Top of the Rock, Times Square, and they also got to watch a broadway show – Aladdin.

She comes back tomorrow! Can’t wait to see her and hear about her trip!

Somehow Nat’s group made it onto the local news in Philadelphia. This woman was doing a live weather report and the students got to stand behind her on live TV.

I’m trying not to bother her all day. I texted her in the evening when I knew she was back at her hotel and this is what I get. Tomorrow, they head to Philadelphia. (She’s been in DC so far.)

Last night, while texting with Nat, I asked if she would FaceTime with me. She ignored my request. Her texts were few and far between and very brief – only answering my questions. Today, Tyler decided to text her and he got responses and she even FaceTimed with him! Maybe they miss each other, but she doesn’t miss me. 🙁

Nat left this evening for her 8th Grade east coast trip. We dropped her off at school around 5 this evening to catch a bus to SFO. They will be traveling to DC, Philadelphia, and New York for the week. She was very excited all week and spent the whole day packing and buying snacks for her trip today. Not long after we left Nat, I could tell Tyler started to miss her. He asked out loud a couple of times this evening, “I wonder what Je is doing right now?”
