This morning after checking out of our Airbnb, we headed back to Pike’s Place Market to pick up some food and flowers before heading over to Silverbow farm in Lakebay where Mimi and Chris will be having their wedding.
We picked up some delicious pastries from Piroshky Piroshky, some pastries and desserts from Le Panier, and got some more ginger beer from Rachel’s ginger beer.
We got some pretty peonies for Grandma
We took a ferry over to Bremerton and then drove to Silverbow farm. The ferry ride was the first time we rode one with a car service. The views were amazing!
Silverbow farm. We got there just in time for the rehearsal! The entire property (around 400 acres) was purchased by Chris’ great-grandfather in 1931. There are about 6-7 homes on the property all belonging to various family members. It’s really amazing. We’re lucky enough to stay in one of the homes which belong to the Enbom’s.
