Seattle Day 2

After having a really hearty breakfast of bacon, sausages, eggs, toast, and fruit made by   Kitty and David, our first activity of the day was Chihuly Garden & Glass. The place is an exhibition of glass art created by Dale Chihuly.

Then we went to check out the Fremont Troll under the bridge

We had lunch at SkyCity at the Space Needle. The restaurant rotates 360 degrees at a slow speed. It took about 47 minutes to do a full turn. The view was spectacular! It rained a bit in the morning but cleared up just in time for lunch.

Exploring the observation deck at the Space Needle. It was very windy and cold!

We ended the afternoon at the shopping district in Downtown. After a couple hours, everyone was very tired, so we headed back to our Airbnb and ordered Thai take out and called it a day.

Favorite part of the day:

Me, Tyler, and Nat: lunch at SkyCity. It was “fancy” and the view was amazing!

David: the Space Needle
