Mother’s Day 2020

Mother’s Day during Covid-19 wasn’t too different from the past years, except we didn’t go out for a hike this year. David and the kids made breakfast this morning. I was surprised to see Nat up and dressed so early this morning. She has been sleeping in til around noon on weekends. Nat made Japanese soufflé pancakes and they came out pretty good! Tyler cooked sausages and bacon and made me a cup of coffee. Everything else was David.

Tyler wrote me a nice card. (Stan is his little stuffed cat)

Nat made me Kringle cookies. These are one of my favorite.

For dinner, David made a nice slow cooked pork roast.

Chubber and Wileen made some blueberry and strawberry pie for us. We had pie a la mode. I ate very well today.
