Last night around 8pm, we were watching TV and suddenly there was a blackout. We waited a few minutes to see if the lights would come back on but they didn’t. The kids got scared and David got a flashlight. The four of us sat in the living room for an hour and a half waiting, but still no power. I looked online and almost 22,000 were without power.

The kids were too scared to sleep in their own rooms, so we moved a mattress into our room and they slept in our room. Soon after we went to bed, the power came back on, but they stayed in our room anyway.
